Job summary

Tetra Tech is seeking an Administrator for IT Asset Management based at our Leeds depot. The role combines asset lifecycle duties with service delivery and customer support to ensure equipment reaches the right people on time.

You will manage equipment for new starters and returns from leavers, keeping accurate records and supporting stock control. On-site work in Leeds is a key part of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft 365 and IT asset management processes.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow for incident and request management.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in asset records.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate issue, return, delivery, collection and reallocation of IT equipment.
• Maintain accurate asset and stock records and track equipment availability.
• Support incident and request management via ServiceNow and assist with budgets.
