You will own day‑to‑day IT warehouse and asset activities that keep devices moving from procurement through deployment to secure disposal. This role manages device builds, imaging and configuration, maintains accurate asset and stock records, coordinates refurbishment and reallocations, and ensures depot processes are applied consistently across the IT estate. You will be the operational hub between procurement, support teams and end users.
You will accelerate engineers and office‑based staff back to productivity by delivering timely, standardised device builds and reliable stock management. Your work reduces incidents, shortens device turnaround, preserves data security and supports compliance with disposal policies. Clear documentation, effective prioritisation and a customer‑focused approach will directly improve service levels across the organisation.
Practical experience with desktop/laptop hardware, Windows 10/11. Customer service skills and prior asset/stock control exposure preferrable.
This is an office‑based position in Leeds with full office attendance required.
