Job summary

The Guinness Partnership is recruiting an IT Asset Coordinator to join our busy IT Services Team based in our Oldham office on a full-time, permanent basis. You will maintain accurate hardware and software asset records, manage stock levels and inventory in our IT storeroom, coordinate asset deployments and recoveries, and support procurement orders to keep IT services running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of ITIL processes.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/oral communication.
• Experience working with suppliers.
• Strong planning and organisational skills.
• Ability to work as a team and to deadlines.
• Attention to detail and methodical approach.
• Proficiency with Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Maintain hardware and software asset records.
