Job summary

Mills & Reeve in Birmingham is seeking an IT professional to deliver high-quality IT infrastructure and cyber security support across the firm’s multi-office environment.

You will support, maintain, and enhance infrastructure and security services, troubleshoot issues, and communicate clearly while collaborating with colleagues across sites. Travel between offices may be required to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Good working knowledge of IS infrastructure (hardware, databases, operating systems and networks).
• Experience with Cyber Security monitoring products (e.g., Windows Defender, SIEM).
• Familiar with Microsoft 365, document management systems and related business tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver IT infrastructure and cyber security support across a multi-office environment.
• Support, maintain and enhance IT services; troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with IT colleagues and travel between offices as required.
