Job summary

• Significant IT Operations experience within a professional services firm.
• Excellent communicator and relationship builder with senior stakeholders.
• Collaborative and proactive with attention to detail; willing to travel and work extra hours when needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead the IT Operations strategy, teams and resources to drive performance and service excellence.
• Own operational IT services and ensure they meet service levels and business needs.
• Lead the Service Desk across UK offices to deliver a consistent, responsive customer experience.
• Oversee Technical Services and infrastructure to keep services secure, resilient and scalable.
• Ensure consistent technology services across offices and support moves, growth and refurbishments.
• Maintain operational resilience and manage major incidents, outages and recovery activities.
• Manage key technology suppliers, contracts and purchasing to ensure performance and value.
• Oversee IT Operations budget, forecasting and resource planning to improve efficiency and control costs.
• Provide clear operational reporting and act as escalation point for critical IT issues.
