Curium Pharma is seeking an IT Field Service Technician to ensure continuous operation of end-user IT equipment across multiple Birmingham sites. The role is primarily on-site with regular travel within the region and occasional remote support to global teams.

You will install, deploy and maintain computers, printers, servers, and peripherals; handle incidents via Freshservice; and assist users with onboarding and security practices. A degree in IT and strong communication are essential.

Formación

• Proven onsite field support experience.
• Strong troubleshooting for end-user IT equipment and software.
• Proficient with Windows OS and Microsoft 365 tools.
• Familiarity with Freshservice ticketing and asset management.
• Ability to deploy/configure devices using Autopilot/Intune/SCCM.

Responsabilidades

• Install and configure IT equipment at multiple sites.
• Handle Freshservice tickets and asset management tasks.
• Provide onboarding and user training for IT tools onsite or remotely.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on devices and networks.
• Document interventions and contribute to knowledge base.
