Job summary

Wiltshire Police is seeking a Change & Release Manager to enable safe, efficient and reliable delivery of digital, data and technology changes across the organisation. You will lead governance for technical change, chair the Change Advisory Board, and coordinate complex releases with multidisciplinary teams, suppliers and stakeholders to protect service resilience and user experience.

This role requires strong governance, risk management and a collaborative leadership style, with proven ability

Qualifications

Experience leading change and release management in Digital, Data and Technology environments.
Strong governance, risk management and service assurance capabilities.
Ability to chair or contribute to Change Advisory Boards and manage multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end change and release management for live DDaT services.
Act as authority for technical change decisions balancing risk and value.
Chair Change Advisory Board and oversee change activity.
Coordinate complex releases across technologies, services and suppliers.
Oversee release readiness and go-live assurance, ensuring documentation.
Maintain change and configuration records for impact assessment.
Use data and insights to improve change success and resilience.
Collaborate with Service Owners, technical teams and suppliers for secure changes.
