Job summary

Evelyn Partners in London is seeking a Service Protection Analyst (Change, Release, Transition) for a 12-month FTC to join the Service Protection team and govern the delivery of changes into live service. You will ensure operational readiness, risk mitigation and compliance with service-management standards across Release Management, Service Transition and CAB.

The role requires ITIL experience, multi-system and multi-vendor coordination, strong data analysis and clear stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in IT Service Management (ITIL).
• Understanding of ITIL practices and service lifecycle governance.
• Ability to assess risk and support governance decisions.
• Experience working in multi-system, multi-vendor environments.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data for decision making.
• Effective communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• ITIL Foundation v4; further ITIL qualifications desirable.

Responsibilities

• Release management support across multiple systems and vendors.
• Validate release readiness criteria, track risks, issues and dependencies ahead of release.
• Support structured release cycles and post-release validation / ELS.
• Contribute to reducing release-related incidents and rework.
• Service Transition (New & Changing Services).
• Support onboarding of new services and major changes into BAU support.
