Cammach are recruiting for an IT Change Manager on behalf of our client, a leading independent oil & gas company, based in Aberdeen. The role offers hybrid working and the chance to shape technology change across acquisitions and business growth.

You will partner with senior leaders, manage due diligence, and drive improvements across IT, Digital & Data functions, ensuring secure, efficient integration of new assets and systems.

Formación

• Proven experience leading IT change, transformation and integration.
• Strong programme or project management capability with certifications.
• Experience applying change management principles and stakeholder engagement.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technology due diligence, integration and change activities associated with acquisitions and business growth initiatives.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on technology risks, opportunities and integration strategies.
• Drive continuous improvement programmes that enhance service delivery, efficiency and operational effectiveness.
• Influence and coordinate stakeholders across IT, Finance, HR, Legal, Operations and external partners.
• Champion structured change management, ensuring successful adoption of new technologies and processes.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers and service partners to achieve high-quality outcomes and value for money.
