Job summary

Orion Group is seeking an IT Change Manager based in Aberdeen to lead technology changes during acquisitions and integrations. You will shape and support growth, ensuring assets, systems and teams are integrated smoothly within the company environment.

The role requires strong leadership in change management, stakeholder engagement and delivering tangible IT-led value across the business. This is a highly visible appointment within our IT, Digital & Data function.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading IT change, transformation, or integration programmes.
• Strong programme or project management capability.
• Knowledge of IT service management best practice and technology roadmaps.
• Experience in the energy sector is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology due diligence, integration and change activities for acquisitions and growth initiatives.
• Advise senior leaders on technology risks, opportunities and integration strategies.
• Drive continuous improvement of service delivery, efficiency and operational effectiveness.
• Coordinate stakeholders across IT, Finance, HR, Legal, Operations and external partners.
• Champion structured change management and adoption of new technologies and processes.
