Eden Scott is partnering with a leading organisation to recruit an experienced IT Change Manager. This role focuses on governing technology change across a complex business, ensuring changes are implemented in a controlled, low-risk manner while maintaining service stability.

The ideal candidate has strong ITIL Change Management knowledge, proven stakeholder engagement skills and experience managing multiple concurrent changes in large IT environments. Hybrid working is available.

Responsabilités

IT Change Manager

Eden Scott is delighted to be partnering with a leading organisation to recruit an experienced IT Change Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping and governing technology change across a complex and evolving business environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the IT change process, ensuring that technology changes are implemented in a controlled, efficient and low-risk manner. Working closely with technical teams, project managers, business stakeholders and third-party suppliers, you will help drive successful change outcomes while maintaining service stability and operational excellence.

This role would suit an experienced change professional with a strong understanding of IT service management, governance and stakeholder engagement.

The Role

As IT Change Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end change management process, ensuring compliance with established governance frameworks and best practice.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Managing and continually improving the IT change management process.
• Chairing and facilitating Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings.
• Assessing and evaluating the impact, risk and business implications of proposed changes.
• Ensuring appropriate planning, testing, approval and communication of changes.
• Working closely with technical teams to minimise disruption to business operations.
• Monitoring change performance, identifying trends and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Producing regular reporting and metrics for senior stakeholders.
• Ensuring alignment with ITSM frameworks and wider business governance requirements.
• Supporting major projects and transformation programmes by embedding effective change controls.

About You

We're looking for an organised and proactive individual who can confidently engage with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.

You will ideally have:

• Previous experience in an IT Change Manager or IT Service Management role.
• Strong understanding of ITIL Change Management principles and best practice.
• Experience operating within complex IT environments and managing multiple concurrent changes.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience facilitating governance meetings and presenting information to senior stakeholders.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud technologies and enterprise systems.
• ITIL certification or equivalent professional qualification would be advantageous.
