Job summary

Cammach are currently recruiting for an Enterprise Architect on behalf of our client, a leading independent oil & gas company. Based in Aberdeen, this is permanent (staff) opportunity offering the flexibility of a hybrid working arrangement.

The role leads the enterprise architecture vision, develops technology roadmaps, and provides strategic direction across the organisation while maintaining security, resilience and performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an Enterprise Architect or senior architecture leadership role.
• Broad technical expertise across applications, data, integration, cloud and infrastructure.
• Experience developing technology strategies, roadmaps and governance frameworks.
• People leadership with coaching and capability development.
• Knowledge of TOGAF or equivalent frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder management with the ability to influence diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the enterprise architecture strategy, standards and technology roadmap.
• Provide architectural leadership and technical assurance across major business and technology initiatives.
• Lead, develop and inspire a high‑performing architecture function.
• Engage and influence senior stakeholders, translating business requirements into effective technology solutions.
• Govern technology risk, resilience, security and architectural compliance across the enterprise.
• Build strong partnerships with suppliers and technology vendors to maximise performance and value.
