Job summary

Places for People is seeking a Change Lead to own end-to-end Change Management across IT Operations, balancing pace, risk and control to maintain service stability while enabling business change.

You will chair CAB meetings, oversee change schedules and dependencies, and collaborate with Incident, Problem and Service Lifecycle teams to minimize risk. A DBS check is mandatory and ongoing improvement across processes will be a focus.

Qualifications

• Experience in Change Management, IT Service Management or IT Operations roles.
• Strong working knowledge of ITIL Change Management practices.
• Experience managing Change Advisory Board (CAB) or change governance processes.
• Experience using IT service management (ITSM) tools and change workflows.
• Demonstrable experience managing risk, prioritisation and competing demands in a change environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Change Management across IT Operations.
• Chair Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings, oversee change schedules and manage dependencies.
• Work with Incident, Problem and Service Lifecycle teams to minimize risk.
• Monitor change performance and drive continual improvement across processes and governance.
• Drive safe and effective delivery of changes.
