Beaumont is seeking an IT Integration Manager in Peterborough to lead technology integrations across a growing organization. This hybrid role involves assessing acquisitions and managing complex integrations without creating technical debt.
The ideal candidate should excel in large environments, understand beyond APIs, and effectively communicate with both technical teams and business leadership. ERP experience, particularly with D365 or SAP, is essential.
This role promises visibility, influence, and the chance to drive transformational change.
Some integration roles are purely technical.
Connect system A to system B, close the ticket and move on.
This isn't that.
We're supporting a large international organisation going through significant growth and change, and they're looking for an Integration Manager to take ownership of how technology comes together across the wider business.
This role sits right at the centre of acquisitions, transformation and enterprise technology.
You'll be involved from the very start of the journey. Assessing new acquisitions, understanding technical landscapes, identifying risks and then helping shape how systems, platforms and people are brought together in a way that actually makes sense.
Because anyone can connect systems.
The difficult part is doing it without creating technical debt, unnecessary complexity and problems for the business six months later.
You'll be the person looking at the bigger picture.
Working across ERP platforms, D365 environments, manufacturing systems and wider business applications, you'll help define how integrations should work, what good looks like and how technology can scale as the organisation continues to evolve.
This isn't a role where somebody wants a pair of hands to simply deliver against a specification.
They want someone who can challenge.
Someone who can influence.
Someone who can sit with technical teams one minute and business leadership the next.
You'll be working closely with architecture, infrastructure, cyber, data and wider business teams whilst managing external partners and helping shape long-term strategy across the integration landscape.
You’ll probably already have experience delivering enterprise integrations in larger environments and may have worked around ERP platforms such as D365, SAP or similar technologies.
Previous M&A exposure would be a huge advantage, but equally the bigger piece is mindset.
They’re looking for someone who can simplify complexity, build relationships and help create structure where things can often become messy.
There’s a lot of visibility in this role and a genuine opportunity to influence the future direction of technology across a large organisation.
If you enjoy transformation, solving problems and being trusted to lead rather than simply execute, it’s worth a conversation.
