Maison Estelle is seeking an IT Business Support Partner to keep the technology behind our two central London properties running as smoothly as the service on the floor. You’ll support till readiness, new starters, and system rollouts, acting as the calm, friendly face across Mayfair and Notting Hill.
You’ll work across Microsoft 365, EPOS and related hospitality platforms, build strong relationships with department heads, and help shape IT at Estelle as we grow.
We’re looking for a warm, switched-on and endlessly unflappable IT Business Support Partner to keep the technology behind Maison Estelle and Celeste, our two central London properties, running as smoothly as the service on the floor, while also supporting colleagues across the wider Estelle group.
Think of it as hospitality, just for our people. Whether it’s a till that needs a little TLC before service, a new starter who needs to be ready to go on day one, or a Head of Department with a big idea for a new system, you’ll be the calm, friendly face who makes it happen. Our members never see your work, and that’s exactly the point.
The on target earning potential for this role is £49,200-£56,200 per annum based on a 40 hour contract - comprising a base salary of £48,000-£55,000, plus a qualified estimate of £1,200 in gratuities and service charge.
Maison Estelle is a private members’ club set in a Grade I-listed Georgian townhouse on Grafton Street, Mayfair. A ‘hosted home’, bringing people together that have plenty to say and nothing to prove. A new school club (no rules), with old school values of personalised service and discretion. Celeste is the newest property from the world of Estelle, sister to Maison Estelle in Mayfair and Estelle Manor in Oxfordshire. A meticulously restored townhouse, Celeste is opening in vibrant Notting Hill, London. A public Italian-American restaurant is located on the ground floor, complete with alfresco front terrace, elegant wrap around bar counter and a glazed conservatory in the rear. Set on the first floor, our oak-panelled, Tokyo-influenced members’ bar evokes Art Deco grandeur, with a sculptural bar stretching beneath soaring windows. Celeste’s second floor offers members an open kitchen-style pantry, serving Japanese dishes from the traditional robata, alongside delectable sushi and sashimi. Tucked beneath the eaves, on Celeste’s third floor, ‘The Apartment’ is an ideal spot for a private hosted occasion, with rustic beams, ?reclaimed wooden floors and the spirit of an artist’s studio.
We want our people to feel as looked after as our members. That means a team that has each other’s backs, leaders who take the time to know you, and a place where you can bring your whole self to work and grow your career. It’s a busy, characterful, never-quite-the-same-two-days kind of place. One moment you’re in a Georgian drawing room, the next you’re behind a Tokyo-inspired bar sorting out the EPOS before doors open. If you like variety, good people and the buzz of hospitality, you’ll feel right at home.
Location: Maison Estelle, Mayfair, and Celeste, Notting Hill. Both are just a few stops apart on the Central line, so you’ll be spending your time between two of London’s most exciting neighbourhoods.
