Estelle Group is seeking a warm, proactive IT Business Support Partner to keep the technology behind Maison Estelle and Celeste running smoothly and to support colleagues across the Estelle group.

You’ll act as the calm, friendly face ensuring systems are reliable—from EPOS to payroll—and help open new sites with scalable IT solutions, while building strong relationships with department heads.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support or IT business partnering, ideally in hospitality, retail, leisure or another fast-paced, service-led environment.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows and macOS, EPOS systems and integrated business applications for hospitality.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in plain English and build trust across teams.

Responsibilities

• Bridge between teams and technology to ensure systems behind the scenes are reliable and well used.
• Lead day-to-day IT support across two clubs, resolving issues at first contact, from Wi-Fi to laptops and printers.
• Keep hospitality systems (EPOS, bookings, payroll, membership, finance, People platforms) humming and secure.
• Build trusted relationships with Heads of Department and colleagues, managing expectations and delivering practical tech solutions.
• Ensure new starters have laptops, logins and access on day one, coordinating across Microsoft 365 with People team.
• Work with Security on CCTV, access control and data protection practices.
• Assist with system rollouts and new openings, train teams and explore automation/AI opportunities.
• Manage IT suppliers and support budgeting and renewals with the Director of IT.
• Help grow and lead the IT function as the business expands.
• Foster a service mindset where technology is reliable, not a barrier.
