Job summary

PRIMARY GOAL LTD is seeking an IT Apprentice (Level 3 Information Communications Technician) to join a close-knit team delivering school-based IT support in Guildford and remote sites. The role combines hands-on helpdesk duties with learning through the Primary Goal training provider.

You will gain a Level 3 ICT Technician apprenticeship, with four days at school and one study day weekly, and you’ll earn salary with the first year at 10,000 and subsequent months at the National Minimum Wage

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line helpdesk support for staff and students.
• Assist in resolving issues related to operating systems, networks and applications.
• Create staff accounts across programs and websites.
• Support system upgrades and routine maintenance.
• Coordinate with third-party suppliers for quotes and tasks.
• Support technology asset management and documentation.
