Job summary

Learning Partners IT Apprentice in Guildford, Surrey, offers hands-on work in a school trust with four days on-site and one study day weekly. You’ll join the Helpdesk team, supporting staff and students, and rotate into projects like backups as you learn.

Training is delivered by Primary Goal, leading to a Level 3 Information Communications Technician apprenticeship. Earn while you learn and gain industry qualifications with weekly off-the-job training time.

Responsibilities

• Provide first line helpdesk support to staff and students.
