IT Support Apprentice – Stripe OLT

Are you enthusiastic about IT and ready to take the first step into a rewarding tech career? Stripe OLT is offering an incredible opportunity for an IT Support Apprentice to join their growing team. You'll gain hands-on experience working with servers, desktops, laptops, and cloud infrastructure, while developing your skills in a fast-paced and friendly environment.

A Typical Day in the Job:

  • Helping to resolve support tickets related to servers, desktops, laptops, and upgrades.
  • Responding to alerts for patching, backup, and device performance.
  • Delivering proactive, scheduled IT tasks and maintenance.
  • Managing and resolving tickets promptly and professionally.
  • Learning from experienced IT engineers and gaining exposure to a variety of technologies.

Desired Qualities, Skills, and Knowledge:

  • A genuine passion for IT and a desire to pursue it as a long-term career.
  • A hard-working attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
  • Basic understanding of computer hardware and software.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • A Grade 5/C in GCSE English and a Grade 4/C in GCSE Maths is required for this role.

Salary, Hours & Benefits:

  • £17,000 per annum.
  • Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
  • Performance-related, discretionary end-of-year bonus.
  • 25 days holiday per year, plus bank holidays.

Your Training with Baltic Apprenticeships

This Level 3 apprenticeship provides everything you need to kickstart your career in IT. You'll learn about ticket management, troubleshooting, system patching, and more – all while gaining a nationally recognised qualification.

With a mix of real-time lessons, flexible online modules, and support from expert trainers, you’ll be set up for success in one of the most in-demand industries.
