· Assist with providing an efficient and effective ICT support service
· Assist with maintaining the ICT network, desktop ICT and classroom audio-visual equipment, mobile devices, mobile phones and internal telephone systems, associated hardware and software and connectivity
· Assist with building, configuring, imaging and deploying all school ICT equipment including patching and software updates
· Support school departments with their specific operational requirements including installation, set-up and support
· Support the IT Manager in the delivery of various projects as required
· Assist with maintaining an up-to-date asset register for all hardware and software
· Service Desk functions including the creation of new IT requests, progressing job requests and act as first point of contact for call handling
· Help users by providing appropriate information, support and training when required
· Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of emerging technology and trends and developments in areas of interest and relevance to the school
· Any other duties that may be required from time to time to ensure continuity of service for the school
