Job summary

PRIMARY GOAL LTD in Farnham is recruiting four Level 3 IT Support Technician Apprentices to join the Onsite Engineering team at a Multi-Academy Trust in Farnham. This is an onsite role with a start date mid‑November 2026 and a salary of £18,000 per annum in the first year as part of a Level 3 apprenticeship.

You will gain hands-on IT support experience, contribute to staff IT services, and complete safeguarding training while developing technical skills and customer service capabilities.

Qualifications

• Must have genuine interest in IT and technology.
• Basic knowledge of IT equipment (computers, laptops, tablets, mobile devices, networking equipment).
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Friendly, approachable and customer-focused attitude.
• Willingness to learn and take feedback on board.

Responsibilities

• Assist with troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues.
• Support setup and maintenance of user accounts, including passwords and access permissions.
• Help install, configure and update software and operating systems.
• Assist with IT equipment (computers, laptops, tablets, mobile devices, networking gear).
• Learn from onsite engineers to resolve issues and escalate when needed.
