Responsibilities include conducting feasibility studies on microcomputer applications, maintaining endpoint inventory, deploying packages, and ensuring security standards on the network; on-call 24/7 on a rotational basis.

Responsibilities

• Analyze need, implement standards, provide training, and maintain computer desktop systems.
• Conduct feasibility studies on microcomputer applications and equipment to replace or enhance current systems.
• Maintain endpoint device inventory and deploy packages, ensure virus protection on endpoints, and support mobile devices.
• On-call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, year round on a rotational basis.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

Associate's degree in Computer Science or related field

High School diploma with 5 years experience in computer operations or in providing technical computer support
