Southern Housing is seeking Care & Support Bank Workers to join our care teams on the Isle of Wight, including Newport, Sandown, Ryde and other schemes. You will respond to residents' care needs, perform personal care tasks, and help maintain safe environments with up-to-date care plans and risk assessments.

Eligible candidates may have prior care experience; otherwise we provide training and support to develop qualifications.

Qualifications

• Good interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.
• Able to work as part of a team.
• Able to work unsupervised and adapt to working environments.
• Basic IT skills.
• Driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsabilités

• Provide care and support to residents as identified in care plans.
• Promote independence, rights, respect, choices and inclusion.
• Summon professional assistance in emergencies.
