Job summary

ghd is seeking an outstanding individual to support our Direct to Consumer ecommerce trading for Ireland. You will manage day-to-day trading activities, conversions, content, promotions, and paid channels to drive ecommerce performance for the Republic of Ireland.

Working closely with the Senior DTC Manager and global teams, you will coordinate campaigns, analyse data with Google Analytics, optimise customer journeys, and prepare regular performance reports.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years' experience in an ecommerce, digital marketing or online trading role.
• Good understanding of ecommerce fundamentals including trading, conversion optimisation and customer journeys.
• Knowledge of the Irish market and awareness of ecommerce regulations, including Omnibus pricing legislation.
• Experience using ecommerce platforms or CMS systems, with confidence managing onsite content and promotional activity.
• Understanding of digital marketing channels such as CRM, affiliate marketing, paid media and SEO.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using tools such as Google Analytics to monitor performance and identify opportunities.
• Commercially minded with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations that support business growth.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a collaborative approach across teams.
• Comfortable working with local and global teams to deliver projects and initiatives.
• Proactive problem-solver who enjoys opportunities for improvement.
• Interest in website usability, customer experience and digital innovation.
• Confident presenting and communicating insights to diverse audiences.
• Positive, enthusiastic and passionate about ecommerce and delivering great customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Ireland ecommerce trading calendar and campaigns.
• Execute onsite promotions, product launches, and content updates.
• Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities for improvements.
• Collaborate with CRM, affiliates, paid media and SEO teams.
• Prepare regular trading and performance reports with insights.
• Analyse customer and website data to uncover trends and optimisation areas.
• Support local content recommendations to improve onsite engagement and SEO.
• Work with Global teams to ensure content supports local needs.
• Provide input on website functionality, UX, and CRO initiatives.
• Assist with user acceptance testing for new features.
• Forecast and stock planning input with Finance and Supply Chain teams.
