Job summary

ghd is seeking a skilled ecommerce trading specialist to support the Direct to Consumer site for Ireland. You will manage day-to-day trading, promotions, content, and KPI reporting to drive growth for ghdhair.com in the Republic of Ireland.

You will collaborate with Global Digital and Creative teams, local marketing, CRM, affiliates, and paid media to optimise onsite experiences, conversion, and SEO while ensuring a seamless customer journey.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years' experience in an ecommerce, digital marketing or online trading role.
• Solid understanding of ecommerce fundamentals and customer journeys.
• Experience with onsite content management and promotional activity.

Responsibilities

• Support Ireland ecommerce trading strategy and growth.
• Manage local ecommerce trading calendar and coordinate campaigns.
• Execute onsite campaigns, promotions and product launches via CMS.
• Create and maintain promotional codes and merchandising.
• Monitor trading performance and KPIs and propose improvements.
• Analyse customer and website data to uncover trends and insights.
• Collaborate with Global Digital and Creative teams to align content.
• Prepare regular trading and performance reports for stakeholders.
• Work with CRM, affiliates, paid media, social and PR to maximise impact.
• Forecast and stock management collaboration with Finance and Supply Chain.
