Electrolux Group is seeking a D2C E-Commerce Specialist to shape the digital consumer journey, drive online sales, and optimize branded websites. You’ll report to the D2C Manager, Commercial Area UK&I and work with cross-functional teams across marketing, design, product, and development.

You will analyze performance with GA4 and ContentSquare, manage affiliate marketing, and lead product launches and promotional campaigns in a hybrid, 60% office-based role in Luton.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in consumer goods or e-commerce.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and digital merchandising.
• Solid technical grasp of e-commerce platforms and environments.
• Experience with GA4, ContentSquare, SEO/SEM, and affiliate marketing.
• Fluent in business English; a second European language is a plus.
• Degree-level education is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Analyze website performance using GA4 and ContentSquare to uncover insights.
• Collaborate with the D2C Sales Manager to align digital strategies with goals.
• Manage affiliate marketing and sales performance within the network.
• Optimize product merchandising to boost visibility and sales.
• Enhance the path to purchase for a seamless customer experience.
• Partner with CRO to plan and run A/B tests and UX improvements.
• Monitor KPIs and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Lead and support product launches and promotional campaigns.
• Work cross-functionally with marketing, design, product, and development.
