ghd, a leading luxury hair tools brand, is seeking an Amazon Media Manager to own the UK&I Amazon media strategy, optimize campaigns and drive profitable growth. You’ll work with eCommerce, Marketing, Commercial and Finance teams, plus Global stakeholders and agencies.

The role requires deep Amazon platform expertise, rigorous performance management and data-driven decision making to improve discoverability, conversion and ROI across Amazon UK and Ireland. London-based with hybrid pattern.

Formación

• Proven experience managing Amazon Advertising campaigns (Sponsored Ads, PPC, DSP).
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Experience managing agencies and external partners; able to set direction and accountability.
• Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience.

Responsabilidades

• Own and evolve the UK&I Amazon media strategy and roadmap, aligned to commercial targets and eCommerce plan.
• Plan, execute and optimise Amazon PPC, Sponsored Ads, Amazon DSP across the full funnel.
• Translate sales, traffic and media data into clear actions with disciplined management of ACoS, ROAS, and conversion.
• Lead annual and campaign budget planning, pacing and forecasting.
• Build a structured test-and-learn agenda across audiences, formats, creative, keywords and bidding.
• Own keyword strategy and search optimisation with eCommerce teams to improve discoverability.
• Partner with the Amazon account team and internal stakeholders on calendars, promotions and launches.
• Act as the UK&I stakeholder for Amazon media agency management and governance.
• Use Amazon Marketing Cloud to deepen audience insight and inform future investment decisions.
• Own Amazon media dashboards and provide concise, commercially focused updates.
