Job summary

ghd is seeking an outstanding individual to support its Direct to Consumer ecommerce trading website for Ireland. You will manage day-to-day trading, conversions, content, promotions, affiliates and paid channels to boost ecommerce performance in the Republic of Ireland.

You will work with the Senior DTC Manager and cross-Functional teams to coordinate campaigns, product launches and reporting, ensuring seamless customer experiences and measurable growth across local channels.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years' experience in an ecommerce, digital marketing or online trading role.
• Good understanding of ecommerce fundamentals, including trading, conversion optimisation and customer journeys.
• Knowledge of the Irish market and awareness of ecommerce regulations.
• Experience using ecommerce platforms or CMS systems, with confidence managing onsite content and promotional activity.
• Understanding of digital marketing channels such as CRM, affiliate marketing, paid media and SEO.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using tools such as Google Analytics to monitor performance and identify opportunities.
• Commercially minded, with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations that support business growth.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of the ecommerce strategy for the Republic of Ireland, coordinating with senior team to drive growth and performance.
• Manage the local ecommerce trading calendar and ensure campaigns launch on time and align with objectives.
• Execute onsite campaigns, promotions and product launches through the CMS and backend systems.
• Create and maintain promotional codes, product set-up and merchandising to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Monitor trading performance and KPIs, identifying opportunities and implementing improvements.
• Analyse customer and website performance data to uncover trends, insights and optimisation areas.
• Collaborate with Global Digital and Creative teams to ensure content supports local business needs.
• Provide input into improvements to website functionality, user experience and conversion optimisation initiatives.
• Assist with user acceptance testing for new features and developments.
• Prepare regular trading and performance reports with insights and recommendations for stakeholders.
• Work with local marketing teams across CRM, affiliates, paid media, social and PR to maximise ecommerce impact.
