Claridge’s, part of Maybourne Hotel Group, is seeking a Minibar Attendant to deliver exceptional service directly to guest rooms. You will present and stock minibar selections with grace and discretion, ensuring inventory accuracy and timely restocking.

Successful candidates will be fluent in English and have prior experience in a similar five-star or fine dining environment. This role is based in a fast-paced luxury hotel in London, offering a comprehensive benefits package.

In Room Dining

Straight from the kitchen to the guest’s door, our In Room Dining department ensure our guests enjoy the classic Claridge’s experience in the privacy and comfort of their room. You will be presenting beautifully prepared dishes with grace, precision and discretion. Working within the In Room Dining department, you will have the chance to create memorable moments in the most intimate of settings.

As Minibar Attendant you will be responsible for:

• Creating memorable experiences for our guests, simultaneously ensuring that service is prompt and professional, within our guest’s rooms.
• Ensuring that minibars are organised in accordance to occupancy, arrival and departure reports.
• Ensuring that minibars are fully stock and any changes are done in a timely and accurate manner
• Assisting with Room Service and Amenities when required
• Ensuring that all stock is accounted for and all wastage recorded,
• Participating in developing new ideas for optimisation of departmental procedures.

Successful candidates for our Minibar Attendant opportunity will:

• Demonstrate genuine dedication to Claridge’s and show a commitment to consistent quality in our product and service.
• Provide intuitive service, with absolute understanding of our guests' needs to create exceptional service experiences, that result in lasting memories
• Be motivated, creative and have worked in a similar role, within a five star or fine dining environment.
• You will have a passion for food and quality products, be a team player who is an avid learner who wants to be challenged and developed.
• Be fluent in spoken and written English
• Demonstrate the ability to work in a pressured environment with the most demanding guests.
