Shaw Trust is recruiting to lead a team of IPS Employment Specialists delivering training, mentoring and supervision to ensure fidelity and contract targets across a designated area.

You will engage with Primary Care, GP practices, JCPs, Local Authority functions and community partners to ensure integrated services at a local level, and you will hold overall accountability for KPI, employment outcomes and Fidelity results.
