Job summary

Shaw Trust, a national charity delivering services to enable social mobility, is seeking IPS Employment Specialists to join our team in Leeds and across West Yorkshire. You will manage a caseload of clients, provide tailored, one-to-one support to help them find and keep jobs that fit their goals, and work closely with health professionals and employers to build inclusive opportunities.

This is a performance-focused role with clear targets for referrals, job starts and sustained employment.

Qualifications

• Experience in employment services or recruitment is a plus.
• Experience working with people with health needs is beneficial.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver IPS model with full training provided.
• Provide person-centred advice and vocational guidance.
• Build relationships with local employers to identify suitable roles.
• Support clients from referral and job search to placement and in-work support.
• Champion social inclusion and wellbeing through employment.
