Shaw Trust in Wiltshire is seeking a proactive IPS Employment Specialist Team Lead to manage a team delivering training, mentoring, supervision and IPS compliance across a designated area. You will communicate with partners to ensure integrated, quality service and drive performance against contractual targets.

The role requires strong leadership, collaboration with health and Local Authority partners, and a commitment to Shaw Trust's inclusive ethos.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in a welfare or employability setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of IPS Employment Specialists delivering training, mentoring, supervision and IPS compliance in a designated area.
• Engage with stakeholders including Primary Care, Jobcentre Plus and Local Authorities to ensure integrated service delivery.
• Ensure delivery against KPI and Fidelity targets and address underperformance promptly.
