Shaw Trust is seeking an IPS Employment Specialist to help people with mental health support needs move into meaningful paid work. You will manage your own caseload, deliver the nationally recognised IPS model, and tailor guidance to each individual’s strengths and aspirations, while building strong relationships with local employers.
