Shaw Trust seeks an IPS Employment Specialist to help people with mental health needs find and sustain meaningful paid work. You will manage your own caseload with a person-centred approach, guiding individuals through career ambitions, tailored action plans, job searching, interview prep and ongoing workplace support.

You will collaborate with local employers, build partnerships, and deliver the IPS model with specialist training to ensure high-quality service that changes lives.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering person-centred employment support is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload and support people with mental health support needs to find and sustain employment.
• Provide person-centred guidance through career planning, job search, interview preparation and ongoing workplace support.
• Build partnerships with local employers to create employment opportunities.
• Deliver IPS model training and ensure high-quality service.
