Job summary

Shaw Trust is seeking an IPS Team Leader to lead a team of IPS Employment Specialists delivering the Connect to Work programme in Sheffield. You will supervise, mentor and train staff to ensure IPS fidelity standards and contractual targets are met, while building strong partnerships with NHS teams and local employers.

This community-based role requires a proactive leader who can drive referrals, job starts and sustained employment, supporting clients and colleagues across Sheffield.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team of IPS Employment Specialists providing tailored one-to-one support.
• Strong knowledge of the IPS fidelity model and contractual targets.
• Excellent mentoring, coaching and supervision skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of Employment Specialists to deliver high-quality IPS services.
• Provide regular supervision and coaching to maintain quality standards and improve outcomes.
• Monitor performance against KPIs and fidelity measures; implement improvement plans.
• Build relationships with NHS teams, referral partners and local employers.
• Drive continuous service improvement and collaborate with health partners.
