Shaw Trust in Leeds is seeking an IPS Employment Specialist to support individuals seeking work and the employers who need their talents. You will manage a caseload, offering tailored one-to-one support to help clients secure and sustain appropriate jobs.

This is a performance-focused role with targets around referrals and job starts, and it will start if the contract is won. The position is based across Leeds and West Yorkshire, with travel to local areas.

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for helping others reach their potential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with people with health needs.
• Knowledge of employment services or recruitment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the IPS model with full training.
• Provide person-centred advice and vocational guidance.
• Build relationships with local employers to identify roles.
• Support clients from referral to placement and in-work support.
• Champion social inclusion and wellbeing through employment.
