Job summary

Shaw Trust is seeking an IPS Service Manager to oversee the delivery and performance of the IPS contract across Leeds, Bradford, Wakefield, and Kirklees. The role is home-based with regular area meetings and travel within the delivery region.

You will manage Team Leaders, ensure IPS fidelity, and build partnerships with NHS trusts, commissioners and referral sources, driving performance and better outcomes for participants.

Qualifications

• Experience managing IPS services and fidelity to the IPS model.
• Track record of success in target-driven environments and contractual management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with health-related participants or needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a full contract team delivering IPS services.
• Provide regular supervision and coaching to maintain quality and outcomes.
• Monitor KPIs and fidelity measures with improvement plans as needed.
• Build relationships with Commissioners, NHS teams, and stakeholders.
• Drive continuous service improvement and policy alignment.
• Develop partnerships with NHS Trusts, providers and commissioners.
• Foster relationships with NHS England and IPS Grow.
