We’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven IPS Team Leader to join our team delivering Connect to Work in Sheffield.
As an IPS Team Leader, you will lead a team of IPS Employment Specialists who you will support individuals seeking work and the employers who need their talents. The employment specialists will manage a caseload of clients, providing tailored, one-to-one support to help them find, and keep, jobs that align with their individual goals and aspirations.
As an IPS Team Leader, you will provide supervision, mentoring, and training to ensure your team consistently meets IPS fidelity standards and contractual targets. You will lead with accountability, ensuring your team consistently delivers strong outcomes. You will also lead your team through Fidelity audits both internal and external. Working closely with health partners and local stakeholders, you will help embed IPS within clinical services and strengthen community partnerships.
This is a performance-focused role, with clear targets around referrals, job starts, and sustained employment. But more than that, it’s about changing lives.
