Job summary

Shaw Trust in Sheffield is seeking an IPS Service Manager to oversee the delivery and performance of the IPS contract. You will lead a contract team, build partnerships with NHS trusts, referral partners, and commissioners, and ensure high-quality, outcomes-focused service delivery in the delivery area.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a full contract team to deliver an exceptional IPS service.
• Provide regular supervision and coaching to maintain quality and improve outcomes.
• Monitor performance against KPIs and fidelity measures with improvement plans as needed.
• Build strong relationships with Commissioners, NHS teams and local stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement in systems and processes to enhance service delivery.
• Develop partnerships with local NHS Trusts, employment providers and referral sources.
