Job summary

Shaw Trust is recruiting an IPS Team Leader to guide a team of Employment Specialists delivering evidence‑based IPS support to job seekers with health needs. You will supervise, coach and train staff, ensuring fidelity standards and contractual targets are met.

Strong collaboration with NHS partners and local employers will be essential for successful outcomes. The role is community‑based across West Yorkshire, with peripatetic duties in Leeds, Bradford, Wakefield and Kirklees.

Qualifications

• Experience leading IPS teams or similar health‑employment services.
• Experience coordinating with health partners and local stakeholders.
• DBS check and safeguarding requirements knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of Employment Specialists to deliver IPS services.
• Provide regular supervision, coaching and training to maintain quality.
• Monitor KPIs and fidelity measures, implement improvements as needed.
• Build relationships with NHS teams, referral partners and employers.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes and service delivery.
