Job summary

Qualifications

• Level 3 in IAG or equivalent or 2+ years experience providing employment support.
• Must have access to a vehicle for travel to appointments.
• Excellent communication, time management and organisational skills.
• Able to develop relationships with local employers.
• Willing to travel locally and work with clients in the community.

Responsibilities

• Support clients to find suitable paid employment.
• Build relationships with local employers and referral agencies.
• Travel locally to deliver services in town centre offices and in the community.
• Provide IPS-like, person-centred employment support and guidance.
