Job summary

Twin Employment & Training is seeking an IPS Employment Specialist in Leicester with travel to community locations. You will deliver rapid job search, employer engagement and ongoing in-work support to individuals facing mental health challenges and other barriers to employment.

You will work with employers, NHS services and Jobcentre Plus to provide personalised, strengths-based support, aiming for sustainable employment and progression, under IPS fidelity principles.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering employment services to individuals with mental health or complex barriers.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload (typically up to 20–25 participants) in line with IPS fidelity standards.
• Deliver strengths-based profiling to identify goals, skills and support needs.
• Support with CVs, interview prep and job applications.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local employers.
• Promote inclusive recruitment practices and assist with reasonable adjustments.
• Maintain accurate records and use CRM systems.
