Job summary

Get Set UK is seeking an IPS Employment Specialist to support people in Rayleigh areas to find and sustain paid employment. You will work with NHS clinical teams and employers, manage a caseload and travel daily to community sites, providing personalised job search support and rapid placement.

The role includes ownership of goals, ongoing relationships, and post-employment follow-up, with full training in IPS provided and a focus on recovery through meaningful work.

Qualifications

• Experience providing one-to-one advice, guidance or practical support to adults or young adults.
• Evidence of building trust, motivating people and maintaining professional boundaries.
• Caseload management experience with accurate records and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with participants and clinical colleagues and turn preferences into active job searches.
• Maintain purposeful contact across caseload and contribute to starts and sustained employment.
• Travel daily between clinical, community and employer locations across Essex.
• Support job starts and ongoing sustainment, coordinating with NHS teams and employers.
