Main duties of the job

As an IPS Employment Specialist we offer a starting salary of £27,500, rising each year in line with our pay progression salary bands, rising to £32,000 per year. We are part of a large integrated drug and alcohol service working with some of Cornwall's most excluded and disadvantaged people. Successful candidates will work as part of the Individual Placement and Support Employment Specialist team. WithYou is all about working with our clients to find the right path for them to get back to where they want to be, and you will be joining an amazing team of people who go the extra mile to make that happen. We have an exciting opportunity working within our IPS team as an IPS Employment Specialist in the Mid area of Cornwall, based out of the central Truro office. Day to day responsibilities may include supporting your clients with CV writing and interview techniques as well as speaking with potential employers on behalf of your clients. Our IPS team aims to increase the number of people moving into meaningful employment from our drug and alcohol support service. This is an exciting opportunity to help make a real difference to people's lives. No two days are the same and we treat every person who comes into our service as an individual, so being flexible, curious and a good listener are key. You will be required to cover the West Cornwall area to meet your clients.

  • Have flexibility to work from different locations in order to deliver the services required and ability to work flexible and unsocial hours as required
