Successful candidates will work as part of the Individual Placement and Support Employment Specialist team. We have an exciting opportunity working within our IPS team as an IPS Employment Specialist in the Mid area of Cornwall, based out of the central Truro office. Day to day responsibilities may include supporting your clients with CV writing and interview techniques as well as speaking with potential employers on behalf of your clients. Our IPS team aims to increase the number of people moving into meaningful employment from our drug and alcohol support service. This is an exciting opportunity to help make a real difference to people's lives. No two days are the same and we treat every person who comes into our service as an individual, so being flexible, curious and a good listener are key. You will be required to cover the West Cornwall area to meet your clients.
