Job summary

G2 Legal Limited is seeking an Associate Solicitor with at least 2 years' PQE to join its specialist IP-focused practice. You will advise clients on non-contentious commercial IP matters, including IT contracts, licensing and technology transactions, while working closely with clients to tailor solutions to their business needs.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 2 years' PQE.
• Experience in non-contentious commercial law.
• Experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements.

Responsibilities

• Advising on a broad range of non-contentious commercial and IP matters.
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial and IT agreements.
• Advising on IP licensing and assignment arrangements.
• Working on software licensing and SaaS agreements.
• Advising on collaboration and R&D agreements.
• Assisting with supply, distribution, agency and other commercial agreements.
• Advising on T&Cs and contractual documentation.
• Supporting clients in commercialisation of IP.
• Developing strong client relationships.
• Collaborating with IP and Legal teams.
• Providing commercially focused and pragmatic advice.
• Contributing to business development and growth of the practice.
