Job summary

Gardner Halliday in City of London is recruiting an associate to support a market-leading IP team. The role targets 2-4 pqe, with openness to candidates outside that band who have relevant experience. The position covers a broad range of IP advisory and disputes work, with emphasis on soft IP and lifecycle involvement.

This UK firm is renowned for its market leading IP team and is now looking to hire an additional associate to support the team's growth, ideally in the range of 2-4 pqe. Candidates outside of that range with relevant experience are also very welcome to apply.

The role will involve a wide range of IP advisory and disputes work, particularly in relation to soft IP. Associates are given the opportunity to engage in all aspects of an IP lifecycle and are fully supported in developing and maintaining client relationships. You will need a passion for IP, experience of trade mark and design strategy, and knowledge of working with the UKIPO, EUIPO and WIPO.
