G2 Legal Limited is representing a highly regarded IP specialist firm in England seeking an Associate Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years' PQE in non-contentious commercial IP practice. You will advise clients on IP licensing, software, SaaS and technology transactions, while drafting and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements.

The role offers exposure to commercial, IP and technology intersections, with a pragmatic client-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years' PQE in non-contentious commercial law.
• Experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements.
• Experience with IT, technology or IP matters and licensing work is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on a broad range of non-contentious commercial and IP matters.
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial and IT agreements.
• Advise on IP licensing and assignment arrangements.
• Work on software licensing and SaaS agreements.
• Support business development and build strong client relationships.
