Job summary

CapeClarke is seeking an IP/IP/Technology Associate (2–4 PQE) to join a market-leading US law firm in London. You will work on cross-border matters, licensing, and technology transactions within a premier IP practice.

The role offers exposure to UK GDPR, data protection, and a range of commercial agreements, with opportunities for business development and mentoring of junior lawyers in a collaborative, international team.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years' PQE within a leading City, Magic Circle, Silver Circle, US or specialist IP/Technology practice.
• Strong experience advising on IP, technology and commercial transactions.
• Commercial contracts and licensing expertise.

Responsibilities

• Advise on IP, technology and commercial transactions including licensing.
• Work on cross-border matters and high‑profile projects.
• Mentor junior lawyers and contribute to business development.
