G2 Legal Limited is seeking a Senior Associate to Partner-level Solicitor for its renowned IP and commercial practice. The role focuses on sophisticated commercial and technology transactions with IP at the core, handling licensing, IT contracts, SaaS, and development agreements.

The successful candidate will manage significant client matters, own matters end-to-end, and contribute to business development while collaborating with a specialist IP team across the firm.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with approx. 4-8+ years' PQE in non-contentious commercial law.
• Experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements.
• Strong IT/technology/IP-related matters experience.

Responsibilities

• Advise on complex non-contentious commercial and IP matters.
• Draft, review and negotiate sophisticated commercial agreements.
• Manage significant client matters with autonomy and build relationships.
• Contribute to business development and client relationships across IP practice.
