The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for anAssociate Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years' PQEto join the firm's Legal team, working within a specialist non-contentious commercial IP practice. The role will involve advising clients on a broad range of commercial and technology-focused matters, with a particular emphasis on the development, protection, exploitation and commercialisation of intellectual property.
The successful candidate will work on a varied caseload involvingcommercial agreements, IT contracts, IP licensing and technology transactions, with the opportunity to develop further expertise across the intersection of commercial law, intellectual property and technology. Matters may include software and SaaS arrangements, collaboration and R&D agreements, IP assignments and licensing, terms and conditions, supply and distribution agreements, and other commercial arrangements.
